新浪科技讯 5月15日晚间消息，吉利汽车2025年一季度业绩会暨“一个吉利”战略整合计划说明会上，吉利汽车集团 CEO、吉利汽车控股有限公司执行董事淦家阅称，《台州宣言》发布后，吉利在产品战略上已形成共识，资源战略上进一步聚焦协同，未来将继续建立统一架构，提升资源配置的效率，杜绝重复投资。整合后集团将实现整体效益超5%，研发效率、管理效率及营销效率达到15%-20%。

　　在品牌布局方面，吉利将继续强调差异化，打造四大品牌生态圈，强化在细分市场打造爆款产品的能力。在组织管理层面，吉利将以“两横七纵”持续推动组织融合和效率提升，遵循“业务在哪组织在哪，组织在哪人才在哪”的原则，通过清晰的品牌差异化策略与完善的产品体系构建，全方位满足细分市场的需求。（罗宁）
