该基金将是新加坡首个面向散户投资者的代币化基金，隶属于富兰克林邓普顿投资可变资本公司（VCC）结构。基金的股份将通过富兰克林邓普顿的区块链集成转让代理平台发行。
该平台旨在提高透明度、安全性和效率。散户投资者最低投资额为 20 美元即可参与。
