观点网 香港报道：5月16日，内地浙菜连锁食肆“绿茶餐厅”母企—绿茶集团今天港交所主牌上市，绿茶董事长王勤松于上市仪上辞词时表示，感谢了伙伴和股东对他们的认可，从2008年在杭州西湖开设第一家绿茶餐厅，走过了17个年头，最终站到了国际资本舞台。

他指，今天于中国内地及香港拥有近500家餐厅，是享有较高知名度的中国休闲中式餐厅运营商。他续指，能够成为港股市场一员，开启了公司高质量发展的崭新篇章，并指将以IPO为契机，有序推进餐厅的战略性扩张，将中国文化与美食十年带给全球更多追求品质生活的消费者，为股东及投资者创造稳定，可持续的长期回报。

绿茶集团首日挂牌，股价开报7.19港元，较招股价持平，开市后报7.05港元，低招股价0.14港元或1.9%，以每手400股计，一手账面蚀56港元。

绿茶集团今日亦公布招股结果，香港公开发售接获317.54倍认购，一手(400股)中签率40%，认购2万股获稳派一手。按回补机制，公开发售股份已增至8,418万股，占发售总数50%。国际发售录得7.2倍认购。发售价7.19港元，集资净额7.46亿港元。
