智通财经APP讯，智升集团控股(08370)发布公告，本公司间接非全资附属公司内蒙古皓宽以官方起始价人民币1587.16万元，成功竞得官方以挂牌出让方式出售有关土地的土地使用权。于2025年5月12日，内蒙古皓宽(作为受让人)与官方(作为出让人)就土地收购签订国有建设用地使用权出让合同。
可退回保证金及代价(包括可退回保证金)由赖先生提供高达人民币1600万元的无抵押及免息的贷款融资拨付(贷款期限为自提取贷款日期(或赖先生与本公司书面同意的较后日期)起计3年)，以支付与土地收购有关的应付款项。
据悉，有关土地位于中国内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟的土地，总占地面积为10.8万平方米。
土地收购可让本集团建设自有的数据中心，此乃符合本集团的发展策略，并为本集团创造长远利益。由于近年内蒙古自治区内对数据中心服务的需求不断增加，有关土地的所在位置正于内蒙古自治区中部地区，其将进一步加强本集团在拓展数据中心服务业务方面的能力。董事会认为土地收购符合本集团的战略发展规划。
