Foresight News 消息，区块链安全公司 Elliptic 表示，基于 Telegram 的中文市场 Xinbi Guarantee 被发现涉及包括“杀猪盘”骗局在内的网络诈骗。Telegram 已采取行动，关闭了 Xinbi Guarantee 及其类似平台 Huione Guarantee 的数千个频道。这些平台已处理至少 84 亿美元 的 USDT 交易，其中部分资金与朝鲜黑客盗窃的加密货币有关。此外，Xinbi Guarantee 通过 Xinbi Co., Ltd 在美国科罗拉多州注册，但该公司因未提交定期报告，已在 2025 年 1 月被标记为“逾期”。
