【环球网财经综合报道】当地时间5月13日，微软公司宣称将进行新一轮裁员，削减约3%的全球员工，涉及各级别、各团队及全球各区域。截至2023年6月底，微软全球员工总数为22.8万人，此次裁员规模预计约6000人，将于7月13日正式启动。

美国华盛顿州政府同日披露，微软总部所在地华盛顿州Redmond将裁减1985名员工，其中1510人为办公室职员。

微软发言人表示，此轮裁员与员工绩效无关，主要目标是优化管理层结构，"我们将持续进行必要的组织调整，以应对动态市场环境并推动公司发展。"值得注意的是，微软在今年1月曾进行过一轮小型绩效相关裁员。

财报显示，微软季度净利润258亿美元。然而，公司在支持人工智能服务和Azure云计算业务的数据中心方面投入巨大，面临成本控制压力。
