路透布鲁塞尔5月16日 - 欧盟反垄断监管机构周五表示，微软 MSFT.O已提出方案，愿意以较低价格出售不含Teams的Office产品，并向竞争对手提供更好的服务和产品互操作性，以化解欧盟的反垄断案件。
欧盟执委会表示，在决定是否接受该提议之前，将征求微软竞争对手和客户的反馈意见。路透在本周早些时候率先报导了这一举措。
SalesforceCRM.N 旗下于2020年向欧盟执委会提出申诉，称微软将聊天和视频应用Teams与其Office产品捆绑在一起，从而获得了不公平的优势。该投诉可能导致微软被处以巨额反垄断罚款。
微软负责欧洲政府事务的副总裁Nanna-Louise Linde在一篇博客文章中说，这一提议明确而彻底地解决了竞争对手提出的担忧，并将为欧洲民众提供更多选择。(完)
