智通财经APP讯，信恳智能$(01967)$发布公告，于2025年5月15日，公司与OPC订立认购协议，据此，公司同意认购由OPC发行的200万股B类股份，旨在投资目标股份。B类股份的认购价为每股B类股份1美元。认购事项的代价将为200万美元。公司可于禁售期后赎回200万股B类股份，并以书面通知指示OPC出售目标股份。
于2025年5月15日，公司、王先生(香港橙峰资本的董事及股东之一)及香港橙峰资本订立投资担保协议，内容有关就担保金额作出担保。
