尽管中美达成贸易休战协议，但全球金融业一些知名领军者仍在提防市场可能出现的持续波动。不过他们也表示，这种不确定性正在创造新的投资机会。

　　“在我们更明确地了解新的平衡点之前，市场会出现剧烈波动，”贝莱德公司首席执行官拉里·芬克在利雅得举行的沙特-美国投资论坛上表示。“这种新平衡将取决于美国如何重塑全球贸易格局。在不确定性存在的情况下，你会看到越来越多的资金转向现金”。

　　芬克指出，投资者的偏好正在发生变化，“我们看到一部分资金从美国转向其他经济体——尤其是欧洲，中东、印度和日本也可能吸引更多资本流入。

　　富兰克林邓普顿的CEO珍妮·约翰逊认为，波动性为灵活的投资者带来了机会。“每当市场波动，就会迎来一次估值重置——这是主动管理型基金最能发挥作用的时刻”。她还提到，随着投资者在不确定时期寻求流动性，二级私募股权市场正迅速崛起。

　　花旗首席执行官简·弗雷泽也表达了类似的谨慎乐观态度。她说，“波动性对那些主动出击、把握时机的人来说正是机会”。
