消息面上，贝壳拟于5月15日举行董事会会议批准一季度业绩。招银国际发布研报称，五一假期期间房地产销售强劲，30城新房销售日均成交面积按年增28%，其中一二线城市按年增52%，三线城市按年降30%。该行对贝壳收入端保持信心。
东吴证券则指出，2022年8月以来，二手房市场率先复苏，复苏程度持续好于新房，20城二手房成交面积同比增速持续正增长。短期看，购房者对新房交付及质量信心不足，购房需求转向“看得见摸得着”的二手房。随着供需结构变化，二手房市场预计承接更多刚需、改善型刚需，在行业有转暖迹象的背景下，中长期建议关注中国房屋交易和服务平台龙头企业，以及房地产中介区域龙头，推荐贝壳。
