The prospectus was filed as a shelf registration statement. The class A and B common stock are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, while CHESS depositary interests representing both class A and B common stock are listed on the ASX.
The firm may sell at any time and from time to time, in one or more offerings, any combination of the securities described in the prospectus up to an indeterminate total dollar amount.
