智通财经APP获悉，周二，半导体股普涨，英伟达(NVDA.US)涨逾5%，博通(AVGO.US)、美光科技(MU.US)涨逾4%，台积电(TSM.US)、美国超微公司(AMD.US)涨逾3%。消息面上，美东时间周二，白宫的人工智能和加密货币“沙皇”大卫·萨克斯(David Sacks)表示，美国无需阻止其AI芯片和技术的全球传播来管理国家安全风险，这表明美国在向沙特阿拉伯等盟友出口AI芯片方面将采取更开放的立场。
萨克斯的最新言论标志着美国对AI芯片出口的看法发生了转变，也反映出美国对深化与中东合作伙伴的技术联系越来越感兴趣，这些合作伙伴正在向人工智能基础设施投入数十亿美元，并旨在成为美国以外新兴技术的中心。
另据知情人士透露，特朗普政府正在考虑一项允许阿联酋进口超过100万颗先进英伟达公司芯片的协议，这一数量远远超出了拜登时代人工智能芯片法规的限制。知情人士表示，该协议仍在谈判中，可能会发生变化。从现在到2027年，阿联酋每年可以进口50万颗市场上最先进的芯片。其中五分之一将留给阿布扎比人工智能公司 G42，其余的将留给在阿联酋建设数据中心的美国公司。
