Robinhood EPS Estimates Raised on Equity, Option Revenue Gains, Morgan Stanley Says

Robinhood's (HOOD) earnings estimates for Q2, 2025 and 2026 were boosted after gains in equity and option transaction revenue, Morgan Stanley said Tuesday in a report.

Following Robinhood's Q1 results, the investment firm raised the company's Q2 EPS estimate by $0.02 to $0.28, the 2025 forecast by $0.10 to $1.11 and the 2026 projection by $0.12 to $1.16.

Morgan Stanley increased its price target on Robinhood stock to $43 from $40 and maintained the equalweight rating.

Robinhood shares jumped 9% in recent trading Tuesday.
