智通财经APP获悉，领展(00823)管理人领展资产管理5月13日宣布，随集团业务不断演进和多元化发展，领展将会焕新其企业品牌标志。此次品牌焕新，内容包括领展资产管理(领展，管理人)的新标志，以及推出领展房托的企业标志。作为品牌焕新的一部分，自今日起，领展的公司电邮网域名称也将从“@linkreit.com”变更为“@laml.com”。
据悉，领展上一次更改公司标志为2015年，当时领展一并将中文名称由“领汇”改名为“领展”。10年后，领展新标志较原有标志删去了“领展”中文，加上“REIT(房托基金)”元素。领展解释称，此次企业品牌焕新，旨在深化领展作为房地产投资者和管理人的角色，以更好地配合集团的业务演进和战略拓展。领展不仅管理领展房托及其旗下的房地产投资组合，还包括新推出的基金管理业务——领展房地产投资(LREP)。
领展集团行政总裁王国龙表示，今年是领展上市20周年，焕新品牌标志象征领展在房地产投资和管理领域再迈向一个重要的里程碑，随LREP推出，领展正积极拓展基金管理业务，而为配合集团发展新方向，对企业品牌进行了战略性调整，进一步巩固领展的定位。
