智通财经APP讯，清晰医疗(01406)公布，公司最近接获一封对公司提出指控的投诉函件。函件指称，公司于公司招股章程中可能夸大其溢利，且并未于其招股章程中披露声称将公司若干股东之间的已付股息重新分配至集团过往若干医生作为薪酬。
考虑到上述情况，董事会决定成立独立特别调查委员会，以(其中包括)调查声称指控并向董事会报告彼等有关声称指控的调查结果及结论。独立特别委员会亦可于其认为适当及必要的时候委任专业顾问协助其调查。于本公告日期，董事会仍在厘定独立特别委员会的成员组合。
为免生疑，在独立特别委员会对声称指控作出调查结果之前，董事会尚未对声称指控是否属实、准确及有实质内容形成任何意见。
