金吾财讯 | 科济药业(02171)公布，公司董事会已批准一项股份购回计划，自2025年5月8日起的150个香港交易日内，根据2024年股份购回授权(定义见下文)及(如适用)公司股东(“股东”)将于2025年5月22日举行的应届股东周年大会上批准的股份购回授权在公开市场上购回不超过已发行股份总数1%的公司股份。购回股份所用资金来自非IPO募集资金，其中包括业务发展收入、利息收入及其他补贴。公司须根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则以及公司须遵守的所有适用法律法规通过行使股份购回授权项下的权力进行股份购回。
