一位知情的伊拉克官员告诉媒体，伊拉克将在5月和6月出口 320 万桶/日原油，比前几个月大幅减少。这位官员补充说，降低出口计划是伊拉克为履行其向OPEC+承诺的补偿性减产计划的一部分。由于此事属于机密，该官员要求匿名。这一出口水准将低于伊拉克石油部公布的3月约342万桶/日的出口量。伊拉克尚未公布4月的出口数据，但根据数据情报公司Kpler的资料，该国4月平均出口330万桶/日。

　　OPEC+（包括OPEC、俄罗斯及其他盟国）自2022年以来已同意一系列减产措施。其补偿计划于上月更新，旨在确保未能完全执行减产的成员国进一步减产。

　　如果最新的减产措施能被完全执行，这一补偿计划将在很大程度上抵消OPEC+其他成员在5月和6月计划增产的41.1万桶/日，为石油市场提供额外支撑。
