Odaily星球日报讯 美国房地产资产管理公司 Patel Real Estate Holdings（简称 PREH）在 Chintai 区块链推出价值 1 亿美元的代币化基金，助力合格投资者接触机构级房地产投资。新推出的 PREH 多户住宅基金是代币化投资工具，聚焦美国前 20 大增长市场中老旧甲级多户住宅单元。其架构数字化原生，涵盖合规入驻、报告、资本募集及潜在二级市场转让。该基金是 PREH 与 Carlyle、DRA Advisors、Walton Street Capital、RPM 和 KKR 等多家机构共同开发的 7.5 亿美元投资工具的一部分，初期 2500 万美元将在 Chintai 代币化。PREH 称，此结构可缓解私募市场投资的透明度和流动性难题。（Cointelegraph）
