AION-TECH Gets Board Nod to Inject INR30 Million More in Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

AION-TECH Solutions (NSE:GOLDTECH, BOM:531439) has received board approval to invest an additional 29.7 million Indian rupees in its wholly-owned subsidiary Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The investment will be made via the allotment of equity shares at a face value of 10 rupees per share within 12 to 18 months.

Roqit Greenfleet is developing technology for zero-emission fleets in electric vehicles and hydrogen mobility. The subsidiary will use the additional funds to meet its operational and product development expenses.
