智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月12日，慧居科技(02481)股东将股票由中国证券登记结算香港转入东方证券(香港)，转仓市值5.35亿港元，占比67.47%。
5月8日，慧居科技(02481)发布公告进行控股股东层面重组，公司已获控股股东江苏双良科技及江苏利创新能源通知，为了进行内部重组以简化持股权益，于昨日，双良科技及江苏利创完成将各自直接持有的1.5亿股及5100万股，分别占约49.75%及16.91%股权转让予双良科技的全资附属公司鸿大集团，鸿大就股份转让所支付的对价乃根据于实际转让日期时股份现行市价厘定。
公告指出，在股份转让完成后，鸿大将成为直接控股股东，双良科技及江苏利创已申请，且证监会已向双良科技及江苏利创授出，豁免鸿大因股份转让而对该集团所有股份作出全面要约的义务。
