智通财经APP讯，诺诚健华(09969)公布，2025 年 5 月 13 日，公司的全资子公司北京诺诚健华与西湖大学签订《战略合作框架协议》与《科研合作协议》，双方将就创新药物研发、平台共建、人才培养及成果转化等方面建立合作。
本次项目合作本着互惠互利、平等自愿的塬则，经双方友好协商，同意由公司对共同开展的创新药物研发项目提供前期资金支持，并基于项目进展支付里程碑付款，合计不超过 5400 万元人民币。双方的合作模式、合作费用符合校企之间研发项目合作的惯例，不存在损害公司及其他股东特别是中小股东和非关联股东利益的情形。
双方在创新药物研发、平台共建、人才培养及成果转化等方面建立合作。公司将借助西湖大学在创新领域的科研优势，进行多项创新药物靶点的探索，同时公司在生物医药研发领域的研发、临床及产业化能力也有助于提高西湖大学的科研成果转化效率。双方建立长期稳定的产学研合作关系，将共同推进创新技术在新药研发中的深度应用，加速创新药物的发现与开发进程，造福更多患者。
