格隆汇5月13日丨盛业(06069.HK)发布公告，2025年5月13日(交易时段前)，公司与配售代理(即国泰君安国际)订立配售协定，据此公司已委任配售代理按尽力而为基准促使不少于六名承配人按每股配售股份11.99港元的价格认购最多1748万股配售股份。
配售项下最高数目1748万股配售股份占于本公告日期现有已发行股本约1.77%；及因配发及发行全部配售股份而扩大后已发行股本约1.74%。配售股份将根据于2024年股东周年大会授予董事的一般授权进行配发及发行。配售股份的配发及发行毋须经股东额外批准。
假设最高数目配售股份获全数配售，配售所得款项总额将约为2.1亿港元，所得款项净额将约为2.09亿港元。公司拟将配售所得款项净额主要用于：(i)加速拓展平台科技服务，重点聚焦创新驱动领域－包括但不限于电商、AI应用、机器人及跨境业务－通过生态系统数据整合、投资孵化、订单撮合及资金周转撮合服务推进发展；(ii)加大研发投入，包括但不限于“盛易通云平台”的智能化升级，以及基于产业数据的AI应用研发及商业化推广；(iii)其他一般营运资金用途。
