智通财经APP讯，盛业(06069)发布公告，于2025年5月13日(交易时段前)，公司与配售代理订立配售协定，据此公司已委任配售代理按尽力而为基准促使不少于六名承配人按每股配售股份11.99港元的价格认购最多1748万股配售股份。配售价较联交所于2025年5月12日(即最后交易日期)所报每股股份收市价12.88港元折让约6.91%。
假设根据配售协定配售最高数目配售股份，配售所得款项总额将约为2.1亿港元，而所得款项净额将约为2.09亿港元。
