智通财经APP讯，宁德时代(03750)公布，发售价已于2025年5月15日厘定为每股H股263.00港元。
发售量调整权已获悉数行使，据此，公司将按发售价发行及配发1768.41万股额外发售股份，占全球发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数的约15.0%。根据发售量调整权发行及配发的额外发售股份将根据香港公开发售与国际发售之间的初始比例7.5%:92.5%予以分配。
假设全球发售于2025年5月20日(星期二)上午八时正(香港时间)或之前成为无条件，预期H股将于2025年5月20日(星期二)上午九时正(香港时间)在联交所主板开始买卖。H股将以每手买卖单位100股H股买卖。
