Zhonggan Communication (Group) Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. Li Yinguo will retire as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee following the upcoming annual general meeting. Mr. Zhao will be appointed as the new independent non-executive director, taking over as chairman of the remuneration committee and joining the audit committee.
