【证监会债券司：将继续加大制度机制创新，加快推动多层次REITs市场建设】金十数据5月13日讯，5月7日，中国证券投资基金业协会（以下简称协会）资产证券化业务委员会2025年第一次工作会议在广州召开。证监会债券司有关负责同志表示，近年来，经过行业各方的努力，ABS和REITs市场规模稳定增长，结构不断优化，高质量发展根基进一步筑牢。下一步，将继续加大制度机制创新，围绕金融服务实体经济，进一步发挥好ABS市场作用功能，加快推动多层次REITs市场建设，发挥好资产证券化业务在盘活存量与提供优质投资标的市场两端积极作用。
