智通财经APP获悉，盛业(06069)涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.81%，报13.48港元，成交额6256.02万港元。
消息面上，盛业发布公告，于2025年5月13日(交易时段前)，公司与配售代理订立配售协定，据此公司已委任配售代理按尽力而为基准促使不少于六名承配人按每股配售股份11.99港元的价格认购最多1748万股配售股份。配售价较联交所于2025年5月12日(即最后交易日期)所报每股股份收市价12.88港元折让约6.91%。
假设根据配售协定配售最高数目配售股份，配售所得款项总额将约为2.1亿港元，而所得款项净额将约为2.09亿港元。
公司拟将配售所得款项净额主要用于：(i)加速拓展平台科技服务，重点聚焦创新驱动领域-包括但不限于电商、AI应用、机器人及跨境业务-通过生态系统数据整合、投资孵化、订单撮合及资金周转撮合服务推进发展；(ii)加大研发投入，包括但不限于“盛易通云平台”的智能化升级，以及基于产业数据的AI应用研发及商业化推广；(iii)其他一般营运资金用途。
