消息面上，5月13日，国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业天工股份(920068)今日正式于北交所上市。据悉，作为天工国际(00826)的核心子公司，天工股份是港股分拆北交所上市的首例，2021至2023年，其收入复合增速91.23%，归母净利润复合增速189.08%。2024年，天工股份收入8.01亿，归母净利润1.72亿，同比增1.57%，发展持续稳健。
在持续深耕消费电子领域的同时，天工股份已积极加速开拓航天航空、医疗领域、3D打印等高附加值领域。此外，随着低空经济与机器人轻量化趋势的推动，天工股份凭借其研发及技术实力，有望在轻量化材料应用上实现新的突破。这将夯实天工股份在高端钛及钛合金领域的领先市场地位，有利于未来的持续成长。
