Foresight News 消息，据 Bitcoin Magazine 报道，欧洲上市公司 The Blockchain Group（ALTBG）一周内完成两轮总额超 2200 万欧元融资，其中 5 月 9 日通过股权融资募集 990 万欧元，发行价较 20 日均价溢价 61.7%，Tobam、Generali Ambition Solidaire、Jean-Marie Formigé、Quadrille Capital、EFG Bank 及 VP Bank 等参投；5 月 12 日再通过卢森堡子公司发行 1210 万欧元比特币计价可转债，由 Blockstream CEO Adam Back 全额认购，发行价较第一批转换价溢价 30%。所筹资金将用于强化比特币持仓及发展数据智能、AI 等子公司业务。
