【科技部等七部门：建立银行信贷支持科技创新的专项机制】金十数据5月14日讯，《加快构建科技金融体制有力支撑高水平科技自立自强的若干政策举措》提到，制定科技金融支持的科技型企业识别标准，建立科技型企业推荐机制，便利银行业保险业金融机构精准有效提供支持。鼓励商业银行设立科技金融专门机构，在科技资源密集的地区设立科技支行。鼓励有条件的银行探索较长周期的科技创新贷款内部绩效考核方案，建立尽职免责机制。选择在部分商业银行和试点城市开展科技企业并购贷款试点，将贷款占并购交易价款比例提高到80%，贷款期限延长到10年。
