消息面上，歌礼制药此前公布，公司将在第32届欧洲肥胖症大会上以口头和壁报形式报告脂肪靶向、减重不减肌的肥胖症候选药物ASC47的研究结果。ASC47是一种由歌礼自主研发的脂肪靶向、超长效皮下注射的甲状腺激素受体β选择性小分子激动剂，能够在脂肪组织中产生剂量依赖性的高药物浓度。美国FDA已批准ASC47与司美格鲁肽联用治疗肥胖症的新药临床试验申请。据悉，此次报告将在西班牙马拉加举行，口头报告将于2025年5月13日进行，壁报报告将于2025年5月14日进行。
