　　加科思发布宣布，其自主研发的SHP2抑制剂sitneprotafib（JAB-3312）相关研究见刊Clinical Cancer Research（《临床肿瘤研究》），文章公布了SHP2抑制剂与PD-1抗体以及靶向RTK/RAS/MAPK通路的联合疗法中的临床前体内外数据和对联合疗法有响应的代表性患者病例。目前公司正在开展sitneprotafib与戈来雷塞联用的III期临床试验，这标志着sitneprotafib是全球首个进入III期临床试验的 SHP2抑制剂。
