iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has announced the establishment of two joint ventures with Delloyd Technology Berhad, a Malaysian company. The joint ventures, named iMotion Delloyd Electronics Sdn Bhd and Delloyd iMotion Technology Sdn Bhd, will focus on expanding the Company's presence in Southeast Asia. iMotion Delloyd Electronics will handle the sales and distribution of iMotion's products in the region, while Delloyd iMotion Technology will introduce advanced surface mount technology $(SMT.UK)$ production lines and assembly testing production lines for designing and manufacturing PCBA products. This strategic partnership aligns with iMotion's goal to promote the export of its products and leverage Delloyd's established presence in Malaysia's automotive supply chain.
