格隆汇5月13日丨自动系统(00771.HK)宣布，GDB International Investment Limited(一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的公司直接全资附属公司)于2025年4月29日已签立一份协议，以购入ATW Feeder Fund V (BVI) LP("ATW基金")(一间英属处女群岛有限合伙企业)的有限合伙权益。认购协议已于2025年5月12日获普通合伙人ATWPartners Fund V GP LLC接纳，因此GDB International Investment Limited成为其有限合伙人之一，资本承担为300万美元。这项策略性投资符合集团资本增长及投资组合多元化的目标。
普通合伙人于英属处女群岛成立了合伙企业。成立合伙企业之目的是透过合作投资于多元化的资产类别，同时充分利用所有合伙人的综合专业知识和资源，以实现资本增长和升值。
作为有限合伙人，公司的目标是实现稳定的资本增长，为集团的投资取得具吸引力的回报，同时透过多元化投资将风险降至最低。公司旨在与积极管理基金且经验丰富的普通合伙人合作，使公司能够充分利用彼等的专业知识和眼光。透过参与合伙企业，董事会认为上述认购事项符合集团的财务目标、增强集团的投资组合。
