智通财经APP讯，首佳科技(00103)公布，公司建议按“20供3”基准向合资格股东发行最多约3.525亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目概无变动)，每股股股份港币0.455元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股港币0.405元溢价约12.3%。
假设已发行股份数目于记录日期或之前并无变动，且根据供股将予发行的所有供股股份已获悉数承购，预期供股的最高所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除杂项开支)将分别为约港币1.6亿元及约港币1.58亿元。约港币1.06亿元用于升级公司技术，包括但不限于制造程序、工作流程及产能优化以及降低成本、提高效率、生产支持及研发;及约港币5200万元用于补充集团的一般营运资金以及偿还集团的贷款及借贷。
