SGHC Limited has announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm. The company's audit committee has decided to replace BDO LLP with Deloitte LLP for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, following a competitive tender process. This change is not due to any disagreements with BDO. Deloitte will serve as the principal accountant responsible for auditing the company's financial statements, pending ratification by shareholders at the 2025 annual general meeting. Previously, a material weakness in the company's internal control over financial reporting was identified and subsequently remediated by December 31, 2024.
