5月13日金融一线消息，公司于2021年8月26日召开的第十二届董事会第四次会议审议通过2021年A股回购方案，于2022年8月26日实施完成，累计回购公司A股股份1.03亿股，支付资金总额50亿元（不含交易费用），回购均价为48.74元/股，回购股份拟用于员工持股计划。

　　公司于2025年5月13日分别召开2024年年度股东会、2025年第一次A股类别股东会及2025年第一次H股类别股东会，审议通过了《关于注销回购A股股份、减少注册资本及修订〈公司章程〉的议案》，拟注销2022年完成回购的102，592，612股A股股份，约1.03亿股，并相应减少公司注册资本。
