智通财经APP讯，中国抗体-B(03681)公布，于2025年5月13日，该公司与26名认购人(均为独立第三方)订立26份认购协议，该公司将向认购人发行合共约1.128亿股认购股份，每股认购价为港币1.10元。
于完成后，认购事项净筹约1.24亿港元。45%用于SM17的研发及临床项目以及潜在国际合作，特别是在中国进行特应性皮炎的皮下桥接研究及二期临床研究，以支付试验费用、相关生产成本及相关雇佣成本;20%用于目前不在公司的产品线内的新候选药物的临床前研究、临床试验、相关生产、注册申报的准备工作及相关雇佣成本，以使公司的产品组合多元化，以及用于新候选药物的IND申报准备工作，特别是用于临床前研究、生产成本及相关雇佣成本;及35%用作一般营运资金。认购事项的所得款项净额预期于2026年年底前动用。
