光弘科技公告，公司已完成收购All Circuits S.A.S.100%股权事项。根据交易各方签订的《产权交易合同》，交易各方确认本次交易交割条件已经满足，公司已按照《产权交易合同》约定，向交易出售方支付交易对价，所有交易出售方已确认收到款项。截至本公告披露日，AC公司100%股权已完成交割，AC公司100%股权已转让至公司之子公司All Circuits Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.名下。
