智通财经APP讯，易站绿色科技(08475)发布公告，公司拟发行本金额为2.5亿港元的债券，债券的准认购人及其各自的最终实益拥有人均为独立于公司及公司关连人士的第三方，且与彼等并无任何关连。
发行债券所得款项将用于为项目投资提供资金，即“新界西贡区浪径的物业发展项目”。该项目拟与业主誉华发展有限公司(商业登记号：1317892)合作开发，计划设计及建造80栋服务式联排别墅。
董事会认为，不时探索机会以扩大其现有业务组合及从事具有增长潜力的新业务营运以及扩大其收入来源对公司有利。
