Mettler Toledo International Inc. has announced new compensation terms for its named executive officers, as approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors on May 8, 2025. The 2025 long-term incentive $(LTI.UK)$ awards will follow a bifurcated grant structure, comprising one-third performance share units, one-third non-qualified stock options, and one-third restricted stock units. These awards will be granted in two installments, with the first half issued in May 2025 and the second half in November 2025. The CEO's target LTI value has increased by approximately 5% compared to 2024, while other executives' target LTI values have risen by about 10%. These changes are part of the company's Equity Incentive Plan, as amended.
