路透5月15日 - 一位熟悉内情的消息人士周四告诉路透，私募股权公司Thoma Bravo已通过两笔独立交易以约34亿美元的价格出售了其在纳斯达克NDAQ.O的剩余股份。
据该消息人士称，周二出售了约2550万股股票，以每股80.68美元的价格卖给了摩根大通。
此前，这家 PE 公司在 2025 年 5 月 7 日的交易中以每股 77.90 美元的价格出售了 1733 万股，融资 13.5 亿美元。
