【中信证券：预计特朗普处方药行政令短期影响有限】金十数据5月15日讯，中信证券研报称，2025年5月12日，特朗普签署名为《向美国患者提供处方药“最惠国”价格》的行政命令，旨在降低美国市场的处方药价格。特朗普在行政令中提出“最惠国”价格，要求制药公司在美国的药品销售价格应与可比发达国家中的最低价持平。同时特朗普也提议提高美国药品价格的透明度，减少以PBM为代表的“middleman”（中间商）的利润空间。我们认为此次行政令推行难度较大，对行业短期的影响预计有限。
