联合健康(UNH.US)股价周二盘前跌10.65%，此前这家管理式医疗巨头宣布首席执行官Andrew Witty因个人原因辞职。与此同时，该公司撤回了2025年业绩指引，并表示医疗保健业务持续增长。

联合健康任命董事会主席Stephen Hemsley接替Witty的职位，任命立即生效。

该公司表示，Witty将成为Hemsley的高级顾问，而Hemsley将继续履行其董事会主席的职责。

Hemsley表示：“联合健康集团拥有巨大的发展机会，因为我们将继续帮助改善医疗保健并发挥我们的潜力，并在此过程中恢复13%至16%的长期增长目标。”

据悉，健康集团在4月公布低于预期的第一季度业绩，并下调了2025财年的收益预期。该公司当时预计今年每股收益(EPS)在26美元至26.5美元之间，远低于最初预期的29.50美元至30美元，也低于29.74美元的市场预期。
