* 该公司在3月透露中国平安提出私有化的初步无约束力建议与2.068港元的收购价后，上日又公布私有化在流程上的推进，中国平安已要求董事会向其他所有股东提出将金融壹账通OCFT.N私有化的建议。
金融壹账通并称，一旦成为中国平安的全资附属公司，中国平安计划注入额外财务资源；公司自中国平安分拆的愿景是逐步降低对中国平安的收入依赖程度，但迄今为止，公司未能切实扩大其第三方业务收入。
