【关于股票回购增持贷款，上市公司披露的拟申请金额已超1100亿元】金十数据5月13日讯，今年4月份以来，超300家上市公司公开披露回购增持计划，金额上限超1000亿元，其中有三一重工、美的集团、荣盛石化等民营企业，也有中国石油、中国中铁、中远海发等央国企。同时，中国诚通、中国国新两家国有资本运营公司也公开宣布拟使用1800亿元股票回购增持贷款资金，加大对所投上市公司的增持力度。截至2025年4月末，上市公司披露的拟申请股票回购增持贷款金额上限超1100亿元，金融机构与上市公司和主要股东签订股票回购增持贷款合同金额约2000亿元。
