美国华尔街投行高盛集团（Goldman Sachs）将支付 145 万美元民事罚款，以了结美国监管机构关于其未能准确报告数十亿笔股市交易数据的指控。

　　美国金融业监管局（FINRA）周二在一份同意令中表示，高盛的编码错误导致其向 CAT 中央存储库（帮助监管机构监控市场的系统）错误报告了 366 亿笔交易数据。

　　FINRA 还指出，2021 年 10 月至 11 月，一起技术故障导致高盛错误编制了 9080 万份订单备忘录、报告了 690 万笔交易，并出具了超过 37.2 万份交易确认书。监管机构称，该故障还导致高盛报告了 98，322 笔不应报告的交易。

　　此次和解还涉及高盛被指控的监管失职问题。

　　高盛在同意和解时既未承认也未否认不当行为。周三，该公司未立即置评。
