Marvel Gold (ASX:MVL) said it has lodged all required documents in relation to the acquisition of the Hanang gold project in Tanzania, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It expects approvals from the regulators, including the Fair Competition Commission, the Mining Commission, and the Tax Authorities in Tanzania, in the next three months.
A team representing the firm visited the project area and met the relevant local government officials and local landholders.
