消息面上，宜明昂科发布公告，根据授权及合作协议已自Axion Bio收取500万美元的第二笔近期付款。截至本公告日期，根据授权及合作协议，公司已收取首付款及近期付款合共2000万美元。根据授权及合作协议，公司预计未来将收取不超过3000万美元的余下潜在近期付款。
据悉，IMM2510已完成一项用于晚期实体瘤的剂量递增临床试验，并显示出多项疗效信号，其中包括对PD-1抑制剂治疗失败的鳞状非小细胞肺癌患者的显著疗效；另外，IMM2510与化疗联用一线治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的II期临床研究、IMM2510与IMM27M联合治疗晚期实体瘤的临床研究均已开始入组。
