智通财经APP获悉，中达集团控股(00139)大跌超40%，截至发稿，跌40.82%，报0.029港元，成交额6702.8万港元。
消息面上，5月12日晚，中达集团控股发布公告称，建议以实物分派方式派发GIBO约2486.3万股作为特别股息，股东每一手持1.4万股可收取GIBO共17股，以及建议注销股份溢价。此前5月9日，GIBO通过De-SPAC交易与Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd合并，并已在纳斯达克交易所上市。
5月11日，中达集团控股公告投资GIBO的细节，其持有GIBO Holdings的股份市值1.79亿美元，录得未变现溢利11.4亿港元。据悉，GIBO成立于2019年，主要业务是AI视频和图片制作软件。业务主要在东南亚，拥有2700万活跃用户和6.1万活跃内容创作者，迅速崛起成亚洲AI动画领域的头部企业。
